Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Soveliss was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Map Maker. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
