He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Body Guard. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Laucian's homeland. Laucian decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard.
