Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He has a large red mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his brown robe. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Lucan is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a Layabout, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lucan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lucan. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Layabout they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Banker, and he later adopted a second son.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He usually wears his blue robe and has his bastard sword always slung over his shoulder. He has wavy red hair. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Guard.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Beiro is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Beiro was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and doesn't want to be a gardener and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: To be a Healer again; and further expansion of business

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Aelar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Aelar hails from a village terrorized by drow. A freak accident while working with his Detective father left him crippled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
