History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against dire rats

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Carrie is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Rolen is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. After a long history of fighting, Rolen and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
