History: He was born in the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Theren's homeland. Theren decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theren fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Aust was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Peren and his spouse have recently divorced.

His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He tends to his Shepherd job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
