History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mindartis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mindartis. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Tanner who has hired him part-time. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
