History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Varis's homeland. Varis decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Blacksmith. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'9". He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it, and his gloved hand is found clutching a shield. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Arannis took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Theriatis was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Mindartis is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a warhammer and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
