History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Naeris was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born in a small island village. Quarion was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Quarion decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury.
