Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age his father died while driving off some dire rats. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in pickaxe use. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Raer fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Nutae is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Nutae was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.
