History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Heian was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. Efferil is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He got into the Cook business at a young age. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
