History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Mindartis was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Layabout. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
