Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Uthemar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
