History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Berrian was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: Born in the west to a Cartwright, Quarion learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has worked as a Cartwright like his mother before him.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and balancing his hectic life and new cartwright responsibilities is difficult
