Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in the north to a Fletcher, Beiro learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
