Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Paelias was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paelias grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paelias. He bought a hand crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
