Personality: He is fixated on the number 25. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and many illithids want him driven away

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Tanner. He's also a talented Soapmaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Tanner responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
