Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. A gifted student he started as a Fletcher, but he got bored and became a Carpenter. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and balancing his hectic life and new carpenter responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Efferil grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them.
