History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Koeth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Koeth. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Ahvain and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Thamior was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. After a long history of fighting, Thamior and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
