History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Through the years after Quarion was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Quarion's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Description: This dark-skinned male wears a worn and beaten armor. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair is chestnut and curly. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Uthemar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Uthemar. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Efferil hails from a village terrorized by orcs. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a black shirt with thin green vertical stripes and brown pants. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the left. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Tanner profession.

History: He was born in the west. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
