History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. He has green eyes and a black hat with a blue feather.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Theriatis is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Theriatis lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rael does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Rael was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
