History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This light-skinned male wears a worn and beaten armor. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His silver hair is thinning but still full. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Gardener father left him crippled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Korfel was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

Description: This exceptionally lanky man has the majority of his body covered in plate. He wears a colorful flower in his chestnut hair. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Raer was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
