Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He's also a talented Butcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: He comes from a rich western family. A freak accident while working with his Knight father left him crippled. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: This man is very fat, and wears tan trousers with black and red striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'10" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He dresses well, wearing white shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Varis was born with his mother's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Varis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This late middle aged man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down and is in decent physical shape. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A freak accident while working with his Dilettante father left him crippled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption
