History: Ivellios was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Paelias's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
