Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Nim lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and doesn't want to be a jeweler and was forced into it by his family

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
