Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Varis is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Varis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Tharivol was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel.
