History: Naill hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Gardener they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Performer, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Erdan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At some point he was captured by drow and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it
