History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

History: He was born into a rich family. Varis abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
