This search led him directly into Weaver work with an outfit from a few towns over. Weaver work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Varis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
