History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Lucan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Lucan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Berrian lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Dyer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and balancing his hectic life and new dyer responsibilities is difficult

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Paelias and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
