Personality: He is fixated on the number 5. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Uthemar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
