History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Uthemar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion.
