History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his youth he was a Roofer, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Theren speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: The child of a Laborer, who enjoyed hunting, Theren was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of illithids
