History: Carrie was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Mindartis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Mindartis's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Description: This man wears just a brown suit. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Rael is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
