History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a longsword on his belt, and he perpetually has his longsword ready. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Theren was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Being a Bowyer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barrister.
