History: He got into the Baker business at a young age. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This late middle aged man wears black trousers with pastel and white striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts and is in decent physical shape. His hair is short and red. His eyes are likewise brown.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Raer was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Raer grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Raer. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Description: He wears a tattered pair of loose white pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He carries a battered shortbow and tarnished longbow as well. His golden hair is braided into rings. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Beiro fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and elven compassion

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a tight fitting pastel shirt and pants. He keeps his blonde hair in a pixie cut. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he would like to get married and retire
