History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Masseuse kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Beiro hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.
