History: Gifted from a young age, Lucan studied abroad. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: To be a Fletcher again; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Quarion was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Miner. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
