Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Animal Trainer. After a long history of fighting, Koeth and his spouse have recently divorced.

Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His silver hair is knotted and matted. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Heian was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
