Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Vanuath was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He now owns his own business.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

History: He got into the Painter business at a young age. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Painter.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
