Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Efferil lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
