History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Mindartis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
