Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Being a Mayor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Aramil was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
