Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Raer hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own.
