Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a grey coat over a violet low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. His hair is long and black with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Varis is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born in a small desert village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Varis took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up whip and armor he uses now. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tanner for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Fortune-teller again.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears dull black sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed shield, just in case. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has blue eyes and a black hat with a red feather.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Galinndan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He dresses like a well dressed Detective does. He carries with him a set of flails on his belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. His brown hair is knotted and matted. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Naal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Naal. Being a Carpenter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Laucian grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. After a long history of fighting, Laucian and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and wants to raise his children well
