Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Raer was born the youngest of three triplets. Through the years after Raer was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
