History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Himo was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Banker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Through the years after Quarion was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Quarion's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
