History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His first spouse was a Mason, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: An older man who wears baggy blue pantaloons and a yellow scarf, he is not a threatening figure. His golden hair is cut short. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Peren is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: The child of a Knight, who enjoyed hunting, Peren was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born in the east. Laucian was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mortician. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
