History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Varis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Varis. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He got into the Blacksmith business at a young age. His first spouse was a Miner, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Theriatis never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and wishes to resurrect an old love
