Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. His black hair is lengthy. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Arannis was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids.

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He carries with him a set of hand crossbows on his belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. His brown hair and beard is wavy and long. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rolen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His hair is white and curly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is content

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Adventurer born in the past three hundred years. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
