Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a ceremonial dagger, but if one is not available he will default to his quarterstaff. His red hair is braided into rings. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Efferil was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Efferil decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He takes great joy in being the best Bounty Hunter in town.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now mingles about in high society.
